Carnival help needed!
Aldeburgh Carnival is organised and managed by a team of volunteers, and we always need extra help. Having enough people to volunteer their time is crucial to the survival of the Carnival. We have jobs for all ages, and we need you!
We need help on Sunday and Monday with Children’s Sports
And at the Carnival Village we have stalls of all sorts!
In the Carnival and lantern processions, Stewards we need
Or, if you are fit, moving barriers could be your good deed
The 10k Run and Carnival Processions on Marshals we depend
Or perhaps you could sell draw tickets before/during Carnival weekend
Monday evening collectors – we are always in need of many more
Looking ahead, could you deliver letters from door to door?
On Tuesday morning money counters are in much demand
If you have a couple of hours or more to spare – why not lend a hand!
Many communities have lost their carnival. If you want yours to survive, we need not only financial support, but more people to help. There are jobs for all ages and abilities, even if you have just a small amount of time available. Contact us:
