On the Day: Pick up a form from the registration area (09:00–09:45 AM, greens north of Moot Hall)

💷 Fees

Adults: £13.00 online (+52p admin) / £15.00 on the day

Juniors (under 14 on the day): FREE (online & on the day)
Junior registrations MUST be countersigned by the adult who will be responsible for the safety of the entrant for the duration of the event.

🕘 Race Day Info

Assemble: Outside Moot Hall from 09:45 AM

Start Time: 10:00 AM

Participants will be arranged into 3 groups at the start dependant on their expected race time:

Start Groups:
🟢 Elite (under 50 mins) – Towards the front behind the green flag.
🟠 Regular (50–70 mins) – In the middle behind the orange flag.
🔴 Casual (over 70 mins) – Towards the back behind the red flag.
Follow flag colors to avoid congestion.

Follow the Highway Code – no main road use!!

No dogs (due to beach section in Thorpeness)

Medals for all finishers by 12:00 PM presented by the Mayor.
