We need your help to make this year’s Carnival a success!
🎽 Sunday – 10K Run
We’re looking for volunteers to assist with the 10K Run. Whether it’s marshalling the route or helping at the start/finish line, your support is vital.
🎪 All Weekend – Carnival Village
Join us at the Carnival Village, where a wide variety of stalls will be running throughout the weekend. Extra hands are always welcome!
🎉 Carnival & Lantern Processions
Be a Steward and help keep the festivities safe and enjoyable for everyone. It’s a great way to be part of the excitement.
🚧 Barrier Movers
Fit and able? We need energetic volunteers to help move barriers — a big help behind the scenes!
🚦 Procession Marshals
Our 10K Run and Carnival Processions rely heavily on Marshals. We’d love to have you on board.
🎟️ Draw Ticket Sellers
Help us sell draw tickets before and during the Carnival weekend — it’s a fun way to get involved and meet people.
💰 Monday Evening – Collectors Needed
We’re always in need of collectors during the Monday evening events. Every little helps!
💵 Tuesday Morning – Money Counters
If numbers are your thing, we could really use your help counting proceeds on Tuesday morning.
If you’ve got a couple of hours (or more) to spare, why not lend a hand?
